Whirlpool Defective Refrigerator Settlement

Consumers who purchased a new Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, or JennAir refrigerator manufactured between 2018 and 2021 and experienced a wire harness issue may qualify.

What You May Receive

Eligible claimants may receive one of the following forms of relief, depending on their individual circumstances: (1) an estimated cash payment of between 30% and 75% of documented out-of-pocket costs paid for repairs or replacements related to the alleged defect; (2) up to 50% of the original purchase price for unrepaired defects; or (3) a repair of their defective refrigerator. Actual payout amounts are not guaranteed and will depend on the specific details of your claim, available documentation, and the terms of the settlement.
