What You May Receive
Eligible class members may receive an equal share of the net settlement fund. Individual payout amounts are estimated to vary and have not yet been determined — the exact amount you may receive will depend on the total number of valid claims filed and any fees and costs deducted from the $1.6 million settlement fund. Payment may be issued as a check or electronic payment, at your choice.
