Who Qualifies

What You May Receive

The amount you may receive varies and is not guaranteed. Eligible class members may receive a pro rata cash payment based on the number of SnapRS devices in their PWRcell system. You may also be eligible to receive additional reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses or significant energy generation losses that were associated with an alleged SnapRS-related problem. Individual payout amounts will depend on the total number of valid claims submitted and the specific circumstances of your claim.
